Went twice, both times for a week. First one was an experience..."Pioneer Days" where I had to sleep under the stars, churn butter, and not shower for a week. Eew. The second was Lazy J Ranch...horseback riding, swimming, hiking...now that's camp!

BTW: s'mores are a delicious campfire treat. Graham crackers sandwiching chocolate squares and a melted marshmellow that has been cooked over a campfire. Yummy!

The next to respond has taken dance lessons.

You know it! 11 years of tap, with a bit of jazz, ballet and hula thrown in for good measure.

The next person has a hole in his/her socks.

When don't I? I've always got at least one bruise somewhere on my body.

The next person likes the scent of vanilla.

Yes, "Little Earthquakes" by Jennifer Weiner. I'll lend it to you when I'm done if you wish. And you're going to attempt a book before Half Blood Prince comes out??? biggrin.gif

The next person can name three Roman gods.

The next to respond can name their Greek counterparts.

I'll try. Aphrodite=Venus, Aries=Mars, Hermes=Mercury, Zeus=Jupiter, Hades=Pluto, and I don't know the ones for Uranus and Saturn.

The next person will indeed tell us the Greek counterparts of the two I missed (and will correct my mistakes, if needed wink.gif )

QUOTE
“Hey Harry!” said Cedric, strolling up to him. “Did you hear those screams? I almost died!... Is that David Bowie?”
“Never mind that, look!” the American exchange student exclaimed. “I found the Triwizard cup! It’s mine! All mine! I’ll finally get the fame and glory and honor I deserve!”
“Stupefy,” said Harry. The American exchange student dropped to the ground, stunned.
“Woah!” Cedric exclaimed in astonishment. “You can do magic?!”
“Come on, Cedric,” Harry sighed. “We’d better take this together. You know, so Draco Malfoy won’t think I’m selfish. I really want to get with him, you know.”

Ouranos=Uranus, Cronus=Saturn

(and to boot, Uranus is the father of Saturn, who in turn is the father of Jupiter)

The next to respond knows the one planet that was not named and its Greek counterpart.
