Well it looks like I'm going to have to give up on the attempt to reach 50,000 words, I'm just too far behind, and the lack of oppertunity for writing over the next week isn't going to help. I fully intend to finish the story though, if only to stop Drie killing me over the current cliffhanger! , but I'm going to put my efforts into whipping it into some sort of shape. To eveybody who's shouted encouragement, many thanks Bart

I'm not sure I'm going to manage it either. I've just got so much real life work each evening that I'm barely getting started before I fall asleep. I'll see what I get done tomorrow and next week, but I'm way behind. Only about 11k right now. Imogen

Bart | Who, me? I would never do that...
Glad to hear you'll finish it eventually. Would like to continue reading it as it is a wonderful story.
