It's been five years since this...deplorable attack on the US. Let us take this time to remember those 3000 souls lost on that day. My heart and prayers go out to the families who lost loved ones on that odious September morning five years ago. May our troops will see to it that the ones responsible for that...disgusting act receive the proper reprecussions.
I was 15 at the time... recovering from a major surgery (cancerous tumor). I was watching CNN in the living room and thinking "Oh woe is me". But then at 9 am EST on that odious morning, the first tower was attacked. Seeing those towers fall inspired a fierce patiotism in me. It also kinda got me out of my self-pity. I still get chills when I see the towers crumble.
