Why yes, hair - my own and others and rope, can't think of anything else right know that I might want to braid, but I think if get the basic process you could pretty much braid anything.

umm... don't really know what you mean by that... I'm never late... usually can tell what time of the day it is if the sun's out... My body automatically wakes me up within 15 minutes of the time I have to get up...but I lose track of days, I only know it's Saturday because my brother was watching cartoons this morning.
