Ah, this is my kind of logic-puzzle-type-riddle Let's assume this cabin has been rented for the usual purpose - hunting trip, short holiday, unhinged party with badgers* - either way a group of people has congregated for some reason. It's a cabin, so you have a fire to stay warm, naturally, and because there's a group generating heat as well they don't notice the temperature drop outside. Of course it's winter, no one gets a cabin in the forest in the summer Assuming it's one of those usual places where cabins our this means snowfall comes thick and fast, and if we assume its one of those fantastically freaky snowstorms then it's fair to say they could conceivably be trapped in the cabin. After a day they run out of party food. Then all the booze disappears! Eventually... yep, the resounding noise is of the group kicking a certain bucket like implement. Spring turns up eventually and all signs of snow melt away with it, and: Cue the rambler! Our walker is walking through the lovely fresh forest, he finds said cabin on his strolls, looks into a window and... oh dear, yuk. So, how's that? *sign of NaNo, sorry...

A bus driver was heading down a street in Colorado. He went right past a stop sign without stopping, he turned left where there was a "no left turn" sign, and he went the wrong way on a one-way street. Then he went on the left side of the road past a cop car. Still - he didn't break any traffic laws. Why not?

Interesting... I'm not up on laws of Colorado, but I'm guessing he was in a special bus lane that excused him from all that?

Was he on foot? He was a bus driver, but he probably wasn't driving his bus at the time.

My fifth is in an EBB and also in an OOZE, My sixth is in TONY BLAIR who steps down from his post But is still in GORDEN BROWN, if you care to peruse. My whole is an author and a wonderful host.
