Now unfortunatly due to me spending most of my free time doing NaNoWriMo I did not get chance to read this months book, but I'm sure some of you did, now last year I did buy the compendium version and read the first book Over Sea, Under Stone but floundered as I started to read The Dark Is Rising, so should I give it another chance? or am I right not to bother?

It's a good book, so I'd definitely bother! I didn't discuss it either and my copy is currently packed, so I'm not going to be much use here at all. It's fairly definitive as far as some ideas in modern fantasy are concerned and once you get going it's a great story. I can't help but like Will.

I'll pop back in a few days because there are a few things I'd really like to discuss in that book, but I do need my copy first.
