Wormtail's silver hand, Cedric, Frank Bryce, Bertha Jorkins, Lily Potter, and James Potter (at least in my version). Original versions had James coming out of the wand before Lily and this was incorrect because he died first.

Right, I think I've got them all (though probably in the wrong order):
1). When she was the beetle in Hermione's hair after the second task
2). Overhearing Hagrid & Olympe (Harry remembers the beetle later) at the Yule Ball
3). Having to have flown up to hear/see Harry's dream thingy in Divination
So I believe that it's three...although I have a niggling doubt that I'm forgetting one...

Harry received 8,9,9,10,4 () in the first task, giving him a grand total of 40 points. In the second task he is awarded 45 for his moral fibre/stupidity (depending on who you believe Dumbledore/Ron ). This gives Harry 85 points, which must also be Cedric's score as he and Harry enter the maze simultaneously. Cedric received 47 points for the second task, and so if we calculate 85 points less 47, this gives 38 points - his score in the first task
So now to the question: what score did Krum amass before the third task?

Hee, I spent ages thinking the 'Come and Go Room' was the entry hall at the M.O.M., completely forgot it's the 'Room of Requirement' as well! So now the memory partially works, the dark detectors are:
