When I first heard about this, I didn't think it was a good idea. However, I'm a little curious as to how the finished product is going to look, so I think I'm going to make my final opinion when it's ready in 2-3 years and viewing the progress as it's being built. Maybe I'll visit it after the hype wears down...maybe in 5 years?
